- Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer.
- Invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month.
- All invoices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- A 30-day notice is required to cancel your website plan.
- No lock-in contracts, offering flexibility.
- Included domains must be newly registered through DigCreative.
- Transferring an existing domain incurs a $50 transfer fee.
- Websites include up to 1,000 pages; blogs accommodate up to 1,500 pages.
- Design revisions are limited to minor changes (e.g., text or color adjustments) and do not include new pages or major design overhauls.
- Clients may upload their own content (DIY content).
- Done For You (DFY) content creation is available for an additional $500 and is non-refundable.
- A one-time consultation and design fee of $549 or $799 applies and is non-refundable.
- DigCreative reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after 3 months.
